New Zealand Oyster Industry Association (NZOIA) annual conference and AGM is being held on Friday 31st July and Saturday 1st August 2026 at the Scenic Hotel Bay of Islands, Paihia.

• the popular Shuck & Tell competition event on Friday evening, where farmers present their best oysters to be judged by their peers (and everyone else!)

• Saturday’s conference session with a range of speakers, featuring industry experts
