Exciting opportunity for wāhine working in aquaculture
Aquaculture New Zealand (AQNZ) is generously sponsoring two Women of Aquaculture Aotearoa (WoAA) scholarships for It’s All About YOU, a leadership development programme delivered by AWDT (Agri-Women’s Development Trust).
It’s All About YOU is a two-day foundation programme designed to support women at the start, or in the early stages, of their leadership journey.
The programme focuses on building self-awareness, confidence and leadership capability by exploring:
your strengths, values and experiences
how you understand and manage yourself (intrapersonal skills)
how you relate to others (interpersonal skills)
how you think, plan and make decisions
This programme provides a valuable opportunity to step out of the day-to-day, reflect and invest in yourself — creating a strong foundation to support positive growth in your career and wider life.
The WoAA scholarship covers:
the full cost of the two-day programme, and a
$250 contribution towards flights and accommodation.
